Other news:

Muck is doing GREAT!!!! He's such a sweetie and such a baby still! Constantly playing, running, looking at everything with BIG eyes... LOL
Yet he spent about three hours yesterday lounging on me, sleeping, while I watched TV and wished the soda bottle were near my hand... of course I haven't moved LOL.

Muck sleeping on me (big images!):

We've got new strays, one of them very shy and - of course - I got bitten several times yesterday. LOL.

Even more "of course", the cat in question, a 2 year old female named Lily, ended up in my wintergarden today. I hope she'll come quicker around if she's not locked up in a container... Truth be told, I don't know if she'll get better and we can't really let her free, because her FIP and Corona titer are through the roof and it's possible she is already ill - I noticed her eyes being "unruly", which is one of the symptoms of dry FIP. If she is, we'll have to put her down :-(
I really hope it won't come to that...

She's a exceptional beauty, too:

LOL! Lily bit and scratched me pretty bad yesterday.
Today after the first few minutes (which cost me 5 years and some gray hair, because she wanted to escape outside *through the glass!!*) she hid in the cat tree and haven't left it yet. I hope she'll get out in the night and feed a little.
She's very beautiful, isn't she?

ETA: I'm not completely crazy, I had leather gloves and she bit through them several times, once deep enough to the knuckle bone... LOL. Now I have air condition in my gloves...

Oh no! Your poor hand! Please be sure to take care of it - I knew a woman who got a horrible infection from a cat bite. Apparently they can have some pretty nasty bugs in their mouths!

Yes, I'll definitely do it :-)
I've got a long history with cat bites, strays, ferals and my own, too and I know a bit is much more dangerous than any scratch can be, even if the latest are more bloody and take an eternity to heal... It's because much more bugs survive in saliva and not on dry claws.
Meanwhile I've a collection of scars on my body I could impress Dean with LOL
